Call Center and Booking Agent

Summary We’re looking for a reliable, empathetic, and highly organized Call Center & Booking Agent to join our growing support team. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with scheduling rides, booking Uber, door-through-door assisted rides and Wheelchair rides in our booking dashboard, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy - Book rides for callers, including Uber, door-through-door assisted rides, and wheelchair-accessible transportation - Provide ride-related support, such as ETA updates and driver information - Troubleshoot basic issues for riders attempting to book via text - Assist with general inquiries and ride scheduling - Accurately document call outcomes and customer interactions - Follow scripts and workflows while using sound judgment when needed - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams - Consistently meet or exceed weekly productivity and quality standards Requirements: - 1+ years of call center or phone support experience - Fluent in English (verbal and written), Spanish is a plus - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment - Ability to learn and follow scripts, systems, and procedures - Experience using tools like Zendesk, or similar is a plus - Experience dispatching or booking rides is a plus - Healthcare, transportation, or tech support experience is a bonus Hours & Availability: - 6 or 8 hour shifts ranging from 8 AM PST to 5 PM PST, 4 days a week - Looking for someone who can commit to 30-40 hours per week for 1-3 months - Weekend shift may be requested What We Offer: - Training provided - Supportive, remote-first team culture Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
