About the Position As a Senior Site Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize digital performance, improve conversion, and deliver seamless shopping experiences. Your primary focus will be on the Gifting initiative, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging site content, drive traffic, and enhance guest engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement site merchandising experience and traffic-driving strategies that enhance guest engagement and drive business results. Translate internal and external insights into actionable plans to optimize the guest journey and improve conversion rates. Plan connected, engaging site content in partnership with Category Site Merchandising and Marketing teams to create a cohesive brand experience. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to refine strategies, inform business decisions, and drive continuous improvement. Establish strong partnerships across Digital, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. Continuously identify opportunities for innovation in merchandising and technology to stay ahead of the curve and drive competitive advantage. Maintain accountability for delivering financial results and ensuring strategies drive sales and guest engagement. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field. At least 4+ years of e-commerce experience, with a proven track record of driving business results and improving digital performance. Business acumen with an entrepreneurial, revenue-generating mindset and a deep understanding of the retail industry. Strong technical acumen and creative sensibility, with the ability to balance data-driven decision making with innovative thinking. Understanding of broader e-commerce trends and innovations, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments and technologies. Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional influence, planning, and execution, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. High level of initiative and organization, with the ability to manage ambiguity and changing directions in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial and business metrics, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to varying levels of leadership and stakeholders. Nice-to-Haves While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Experience with digital marketing platforms, including content management systems, email marketing, and social media. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in front-end development and design. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira and Asana. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
