About the Role: Corporate Account Manager (Dentistry) We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Account Manager to join our OraPharma team in Houston, TX. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing large account management strategies within community-based key focus accounts designated by our targeting methodology. You will leverage all available and approved resources to articulate our value proposition to customers, collaborating with business partners both within and outside the company. Key Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and market forces, and translate this knowledge into developing strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes. Partner with DSO Regional Leadership to identify patients and tailor processes and products specific to each account/practice. Facilitate Quarterly/Monthly business reviews with key focus accounts to drive utilization of our products. Provide timely market feedback to corporate leadership on customer business trends, competitive updates, and industry issues and opportunities. Update accounts on key private and public payer changes that may impact infusion processes. Work in concert with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure corporate product objectives are met. Operate consistently within Bausch Health compliance standards. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) A minimum of 5 years of dental sales or DSO (Dental Service Organization) experience (highly preferred) P&L management experience at the national account level, including creating and executing business plans with national level accounts (preferred) Healthcare account experience, building C-suite and regional level business relationships (strongly preferred) The ability to understand and present clinical information A valid driver's license with a good driving history to drive a company vehicle Residency in the defined geography Preferred Skills and Competencies: In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders A customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong relationships Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: As a Corporate Account Manager at Bausch Health, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and growing company.
