Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring the highest levels of safety, and representing United with pride and distinction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Flight Attendant with United Airlines, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring the highest levels of safety and security on board our aircraft * Providing exceptional customer service, adapting to different types of customer-facing scenarios, and resolving issues with understanding, compassion, and grace * Representing United with pride and distinction, influencing customer loyalty through excellent service * Working independently as well as part of a team, fulfilling reserve assignments on short notice, and being away from your base for days at a time * Serving and/or selling food and beverages in a diligent and professional manner * Participating in pre-flight preparations, including safety checks and emergency procedures * Collaborating with other crew members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must: * Be at least 20 years old at the time of application * Possess native-level proficiency in Japanese (ability to read Kanji, Katakana, Hiragana, and speak Japanese) * Have a high school diploma or equivalent; 2 or more years of college preferred * Have experience in the service industry, such as customer service, retail, hospitality, food, aviation, safety, social service, healthcare/medical position, or military * Demonstrate effective communication skills, particularly in high-stress situations * Possess a professional appearance, excellent grooming standards, and willingness to follow uniform, hair, tattoo, and piercing guidelines * Be able to proficiently operate electronic devices (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) for the completion of required tasks * Hold a valid U.
