Job DescriptionYou'll be building products that enable breakthrough medical discoveries while protecting patient privacy, helping healthcare organizations unlock insights from their data that could accelerate drug discovery, improve patient outcomes, and advance precision medicine. Identify and validate customer needs from our evolving ICP and represent our customer in product and feature developmentArticulate a product vision and strategy for both internal and external audiencesDeeply understand and map out our competitive landscape, keeping it up to dateWork closely with engineering to maintain and update our product roadmapCoordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, sales, marketing and customer success on priorities and deliverablesMonitor product performance so that we can make data driven decisionsWork closely with customers to establish ROI and provide information for case studiesWhy this job is awesomeWork on technology that accelerates clinical research from months to minutesCollaborate with world-class researchers, clinicians, and data scientistsPartner with top health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutionsWear many hats and gain experience across multiple product disciplinesWork alongside passionate people who care deeply about delivering excellence Collaborative environment where your ideas and input truly matterThis position is compensated competitively and comes with equityMinimum Qualifications2+ years of experience working as a product manager in the tech industry (this is NOT an entry level position) Experience with software product development for enterprise customers (ideally you have been through multiple product lifecycles) Experience owning and managing a product roadmapEffective communication skills; you need to influence without authority, work with your stakeholders and set expectations appropriatelyEffective time management skills; there’s a lot of moving pieces and you need to be able to stay on top of it allTechnical aptitude; we’re looking for someone who knows their stuff. It’s not enough to just know the buzzwordsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Python, Kubernetes, Docker, JiraTechnical comprehension of machine learning, NLP, NERExperience with unstructured data platformsHaving a (small) portfolio of products you have directly worked on delivering, ideally from ideation to productionTrack record of launching successful products from concept to market, especially in the healthcare space, even if in a supporting roleHeathcare/healthtech experienceFamiliarity with EPIC, Cerner, and other major EHR SystemsFamiliarity with clinical research workflowsKnowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7)Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)Next StepsAll applications will be reviewed after the application close date on September 17th.
