Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable full stack applications using Python, React.js, and other relevant technologies. Collaborate directly with clients, most of whom have technical backgrounds, to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging your strong organizational skills and self-motivation to meet project milestones. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 4+ years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in full stack development. 2+ years of experience with React.js, and a deep understanding of its ecosystem. 2+ years of experience with Python and Django, or 2+ years of experience with React Native as a mobile developer. Hands-on experience with Typescript, Next, and AWS is a plus, but not required. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work full-time remotely with minimal supervision. A strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Soft skills, including clear and effective communication, are essential for success in this role. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
