Documentation and Tracking: Accurately document patient interactions in real-time, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred. Technical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge; ability to navigate multiple screens and systems. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Flexibility: Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Education: College or Junior College education with a healthcare focus. Training: Medical Terminology training; Pharmacy or Benefits training. Experience: Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related products.
