About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for brands aiming to make a real impact, you will set the stage for meaningful partnerships, drive long-term success, and contribute to the growth of our innovative platform. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a requirement to be available from 9 am - 6 pm EST/BST to align with our team's timezone. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation with Purpose: Proactively seek out and engage with potential brand partners using cold calls, emails, social media, and networking to connect with brands that align with Kyra’s mission. Qualify Strategic Opportunities: Identify brands that are a perfect match for Kyra’s AI-powered creator solutions by asking insightful questions and understanding their challenges to set the stage for tailored solutions. Champion Kyra’s Vision: Embody Kyra’s mission as the initial point of contact, educating prospects on how we transform influencer marketing with innovative technology and creative excellence. Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Focus on building trust and creating value, laying the foundation for strong, long-term partnerships. Fuel the Growth Engine: Ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team, providing them with the insights they need to close deals and deliver success for the brand. Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation, with a proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying high-quality leads. Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms, with the ability to manage your pipeline and track key metrics. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Keynote, with the ability to analyze and present findings. Influencer Marketing Knowledge: Experience working in an influencer marketing agency or platform is a plus. Remote Work Experience: Previous experience thriving in a remote environment is beneficial. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI-powered platforms or technology-driven solutions. Familiarity with the creator economy and its trends. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 GBP / $55,000 - $65,000 USD, depending on experience.
