This is an on-site role in Groveland, MA. You can choose one of our flexible work plans for this role: • 9/80 schedule: nine 9 hour days (80 hours in 9 days) with Monday off every other week • 4/10 schedule 4 days in the office, 10 hours each and every Monday off • 8:30-4:30: 4 days on site, Mondays WFH Position is responsible for providing managerial and tactical human resources support in a consultative capacity to employees, managers and directors. Working with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and IT business groups this position will partner directly with management to provide advice and counsel on HR programs, practices and strategies in support of the objectives and operations of the business. Consults and provides content in areas such as employee relations, performance management, employee and management development, succession planning, recruitment and retention strategies, compensation management, and training. Responsible for implementation, measurement and review of key HR processes and ensuring that these processes are administered consistently throughout the assigned business groups. Responsible for identifying and communicating best practices and assisting with the strategic and business planning process as it relates to human resource issues.
