Lifestyle & Business Wizard(Yes, that’s the actual job title – because no ordinary title could do this role justice.)Location: Hybrid (North West England – regular in-person time in Swinton, Manchester)Hours: 30 hours per week | 9am – 3pm Mon–Fri (flexible working considered)Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata) + 5% pension contributions + all equipment providedAbout UsAt Peak Lifestyle Management, we help brilliant people live and work better. Our clients are high-performing business owners, creatives, founders, and busy individuals – and they rely on us to think ahead, tune in, and get things done. We’re not just task-tickers – we’re fixers, planners, connectors, confidantes, and quiet powerhouses behind the scenes. We're known for our calm under pressure, our thoughtfulness, and our ability to just know what a client needs (sometimes before they do). We’re growing, and now we’re looking for someone special to join us – someone who brings a mix of intuition, initiative, warmth, and get-it-done energy to our team. The RoleThis is not your average support role. You’ll work closely with our founder, Hayley, and the wider team across all areas of the business – from managing client relationships to planning luxury travel, solving complex logistics, and generally making life run smoothly. It’s fast-paced and ever-changing (and believe me, it changes!). One day you might be sourcing an Italian chef for a client's private villa in Tuscany; the next, booking a helicopter, prepping presentation slides, finding alpaca’s to attend private parties (yes – really), or making sure someone’s house move is on track! You’ll need to love people, love solving problems, and love working things out before anyone has to ask. Key Responsibilities:Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, getting to know their personalities, preferences, and priorities inside-outProvide thoughtful, proactive support across both business and lifestyle tasks – no two days are the same (and that’s the fun of it)Plan and coordinate high-end travel and events – experience in luxury sectors is a big plusOffer creative solutions and calm problem-solving in fast-moving, high-pressure situationsRepresent Peak Lifestyle Management with warmth, professionalism, and emotional intelligenceSupport Hayley (the founder) with daily business needs, managing tasks with care and intuitionHelp keep our internal processes running smoothly, contributing to ongoing improvements and projectsWhat Hayley’s Really Looking For... You’re not just here to follow a to-do list. You’re here to think, support, spark ideas, spot what’s missing, and quietly elevate everything you touch. You’re someone I can trust. Someone who’ll roll up their sleeves, jump in, and just get it. You can take a loose idea and run with it. You see what needs doing and make it happen – often before I even ask. You’re curious, discreet, capable, kind, and have a sense of humour about the chaos of daily life. If you’re someone who thrives on variety, is emotionally intelligent to your core, and takes pride in delivering quietly brilliant work behind the scenes, we’ll get on just fine. What This Role is NOTLet’s be clear – this role isn’t for everyone. It’s not:A traditional admin, PA or VA positionA tick-box, follow-the-list kind of roleBoring, repetitive, or transactionalStagnant – things move, evolve, shift (and we love that)A fit for someone who needs constant direction or hand-holdingFor the faint-hearted – our standards are high, and our clients expect excellenceThis is for someone who genuinely gets a kick out of helping people live and work better – someone who takes pride in being the person others count on, and who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
