The roleAs we continue our rapid expansion into new business units and markets, we are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Accountant to join us remotely in Ukraine. In this role, you will manage the accounting of an LLC under the general taxation system, including VAT. You'll be responsible for comprehensive accounting and tax management, working with tax reporting, payroll, HR records, and internal processes. Your expertise, accuracy, and structured approach will be instrumental in streamlining our processes and maintaining compliance with local regulations. What you will doMaintain accounting and tax records in compliance with Ukrainian legislationPrepare and submit reportsConduct payroll calculation and processingCooperate with tax authorities and the audit bodiesWork closely with internal teams What you bring4–5 years of experience working with Ukrainian companies (LLC under the general taxation system)Tax accounting experiencePayroll calculation and processing skillsAdvanced knowledge of 1C / Medoc / Vchasno toolsKnowledge of Ukrainian Accounting StandardsEnglish at a basic working level for team communication and reading documentationNice to haveConfident knowledge of ExcelIFRS - understanding areas of application, ability to work with specific sectionsExperience with ERP (Oracle NetSuite)Practical experience in transfer pricingExperience interacting with tax auditsParticipation in Diia.
