Role Overview As an Enterprise Sales Director at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, capturing, and closing opportunities to provide outsourced Contact Center services to major clients. You will leverage your expertise to cultivate relationships with executive sponsors at the VP and C-level, selling our on-demand, on-shore call center services and AI-driven technologies. Key Responsibilities Selling Outsourced Customer Experience Solutions: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with major clients, selling our outsourced customer experience contact center solutions, including AI-driven technologies and on-demand, on-shore call center services. Lead Generation and Qualification: Originate and qualify leads via cold-calling, networking, social media, events, and other sources. Develop relationships with VP and C-Suite level executives within targeted markets and sectors. Sales Strategy Development: Qualify major opportunities, create and implement sales strategies, including value messages, relationship approaches, and competitive differentiation. Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of new business and growth. Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process, building strong relationships with senior executives. Industry Trends and Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client challenges, leveraging this knowledge to develop and deliver compelling value propositions. Project Proposals and Presentations: Spearhead the development of project proposals, employing data gathering techniques and analysis to present proposed solutions to clients. Team Contributions: Make significant contributions to the sales team and company sales culture, driving revenue growth and success. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience selling Contact Center technology solutions (AI, Chatbots, CCAAS, Intelligent Automation, etc.) to VP Customer Experience and other C-Suite executives. Sales Expertise: Proven track record of developing new sales opportunities, supporting the formulation of solutions for sales proposals, and closing large and mid-sized deals. Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues, and trends affecting outsourcing spend. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with outstanding presentation skills. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives within assigned sectors. Preferred Qualifications: On-Demand Contact Center Experience: Experience selling on-demand, multichannel contact center outsourcing solutions. Industry Expertise: Demonstrated commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectors/industries in contact center environments. Organic Revenue Growth: History of successful sales of services deals across multiple CX outsourced contact center industries, with examples of generating organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques. Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you must: Be based in one of the following states: TX, AZ, AR, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN. Possess a high level of personal and professional integrity. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Be able to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales culture. Be willing to travel as required.
