Key Responsibilities Overall management and monitoring of project scope, schedule, and budgets, including ROM, cash flows, and master development schedules Coordination of story development with the creative team and day-to-day management of 3rd party design consultants Presentation of project status, risks, opportunities, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders Production and quality checking of routine and ad hoc reporting, including gate I and capital authorization requests Development of program books, site due diligence, and overall site plans, including lotting plans, phasing plans, and ties to master development schedules Collaboration with internal and external organizations, including project teams, creative and design studios, operations, municipalities, vendors, and contractors Support for deal documentation, including working with the legal team to document agreements with development partners and landowners Implementation of coordinated input matrices and tracking of project deliverables Collection, assembly, quality checking, and production of project documentation related to PM activities Participation in the identification and assessment of project risk and contingency determinations Documentation of project lessons learned and standard processes Facilitation of invoices/pay application reviews and approvals Management of internal and external regular meetings, including agenda development, meeting notes, action items, and follow-up Essential Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of outside job-related experience or 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Excellent project management technical skills, including experience with scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and quality control Ability to manage numerous resources on diverse projects and experience preparing and presenting reporting documents and presentations Strong understanding of the project development process and organization and task management skills Expanded proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other software, including various GC project management platforms Applicable technical certifications related to the job-specific role Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications using programs like Bluebeam and BIM 360 A college/university 4-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as project/construction management, real estate development, engineering, or architecture, or related professional experience or technical school Preferred Qualifications and Skills Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Experience with project management software and tools, including Asana, Trello, or similar platforms Knowledge of agile project management methodologies and experience working in an agile environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
