Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Data Input Clerk. As a full-time, individual contributor role, you will work closely with our Human Resources department to ensure accurate and timely data entry for various HR-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Accurate Data Entry: Input employee data into company HR systems, including personal information, benefits, and payroll information, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times, ensuring that sensitive information is protected and handled in accordance with company policies. Data Entry Tasks: Perform data entry tasks for new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee changes, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with HR team to identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors, and work collaboratively to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports as needed for HR team, and provide insights and analysis to support data-driven decision making. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, including ad-hoc projects and tasks that support the HR department. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Work Schedule: Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday. Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a high degree of precision and attention to detail. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with HR team and other stakeholders. Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative. Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry or HR is a plus, but not required.
