Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Technology Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team. As a Technology Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining and driving solutions within our People and Finance Workday Group. Your expertise will impact our daily business operations and data migration processes, and you will work closely with our Delivery Team, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business space and the system's functionalities. Key Responsibilities Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide advice or solutions within their area of expertise Stay up-to-date with current developments within their area of expertise Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Evaluate effort and value for solutions Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/architectures Verify data and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance identification processes in technology work Establish or follow prioritization process to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction Monitor program risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation May perform other work duties as directed by Employee's Supervisors Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong foundation in business analysis, process modeling, and technical conditions. You should also have experience with software development approaches and be skilled in collaborating, communicating, and negotiating with different teams and external partners. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have experience with Workday data migrations and a strong understanding of business processes and technical systems. You should also be able to analyze medium to large business or technical problems, articulate the problem or root cause, and translate the analysis into practical solution proposals.
