About the Role This is a unique opportunity to lead our talent acquisition efforts as a remote Director of Talent Acquisition, working from anywhere in the United States. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals, managing a recruitment team, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent and achieve organizational targets. Lead and Manage Recruitment Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the recruitment team is equipped to succeed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Management: Develop, track, and analyze KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including vendor management, to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement new and innovative recruitment strategies to stay ahead of industry trends. Phone Screens and Interviews: Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and potential. Staff Retention: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that promote staff retention and reduce turnover. Marketing and Brand Awareness: Partner with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and develop social media campaigns that attract top talent. Hiring Events: Plan and execute hiring events to attract candidates and promote our organization. Vendor Management: Manage contracts with vendors and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Community Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and other community partners to identify potential talent pipelines. Executive Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and implement internal and external recruitment initiatives. Compliance: Ensure accurate job postings and job descriptions meet hiring criteria and comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required. Talent Acquisition Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success. Management Experience: At least 3 years of management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Experience using ATS, including Indeed, is essential. Employment Laws and Regulations: Knowledge of California employment laws and regulations applicable to hiring is required. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Time Management and Analytical Skills: Strong time management and analytical skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results. Preferred Qualifications ABA or Healthcare Experience: Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or the healthcare industry is highly preferred. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the behavioral health industry and its unique challenges is desirable.
