Winland Foods seeks a Customer Service and Fulfillment Intern to support order coordination and cross-department collaboration in a hybrid work setting. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Coordinate with internal functions including supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit, and IT • Work directly with multiple systems and electronic data interchange processes • Communicate and resolve order fulfillment opportunities • Gain experience in business acumen and leadership • Engage with site leadership through ‘Lessons from Leaders’ sessions • Receive exposure to manufacturing and/or distribution operations • Manage daily and project work with organizational and time management skills • Work with SAP, a large ERP system • Develop presentation skills by providing presentations to the Commercial Leadership Team About You The company is looking for: • 2 - 3 years of progress towards a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a closely related major • Overall and major GPA of 3.0 or higher • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to manage multiple tasks with close attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High degree of accuracy and ability to interact with multiple departments • Ability to effectively interact with senior management • Excellent organizational skills Compensation & Benefits • $23.00 per hour • Additional one-time lump sum payment to support expenses • Full-time summer internship from May to August 2026 Training & Development • Formal orientation and on-boarding • Individualized development and feedback • Regular interaction with site leadership • Networking opportunities This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
