Outside Sales Representative | Austin OR Dallas OR San Antonio | Texas Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Ready to join a high-performing sales team in a booming industry? At Lone Star Mobile Storage , we provide on-site storage solutions to commercial and residential customers across Central Texas. We're growing fast—and we're looking for an ambitious, collaborative Outside Sales Representative to help us expand our footprint. Compensation & Incentives: • Base Salary: $60,000 per year (DOE) • Team-Based Bonus: Earn $2,000/month when the team hits sales and rental goals • Scalable Commission: Bonus increases by 10% for every 10% the team overachieves • Individual Add-On Bonus: Earn up to $750/month extra for crushing your individual goals • Uncapped earnings potential What You'll Do: • Prospect and close new rental and sales opportunities across Central Texas • Build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, business owners, and site managers • Conduct site visits and develop custom storage solutions based on customer needs • Work closely with our inside sales support team to ensure smooth transactions • Track activity and pipeline in CRM • Represent the Lone Star brand with professionalism and pride What Makes Our Sales Team Different: • You'll be one of 4 Outside Sales Reps , supported by a dedicated Inside Sales team • We operate as one unit —everyone contributes, everyone wins • Your input will directly shape how we grow, sell, and serve our customers Perks & Benefits: • Company Phone + mileage reimbursement • Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer-paid for you) • 2 weeks paid vacation after 90 days • 6 paid holidays • Career path opportunities into sales leadership or operations Ideal Candidate: • 2+ years of B2B or field sales experience (construction or equipment rental a plus) • Self-starter with a growth mindset • Comfortable working independently while supporting team goals • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-based selling environment • ** We review every resume that is received.
