You'll be the face of our company, providing timely and accurate responses to inbound phone calls, resolving complex issues, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our clients' members or customers * Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisites, and coverage to provide accurate information to our clients * Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, etc., to ensure comprehensive coverage for our clients * Processing claims inquiries, including resolving issues related to billing and premium payments * Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, grievances/complaints, and managing LEP inquires and disputes * Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs * Providing self-help options, such as member portal access, to empower our clients to take control of their healthcare * Offering local locations to pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist services to support our clients' needs **Experience Required for Your Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least a High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 18 months Call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare a plus * Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications and systems * Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to display empathy and care * Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection (50 Mb/s download speed and 10 Mb/s upload speed) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in software applications, including CRM systems, and ability to learn new systems quickly * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
