About the Role We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team, providing administrative support to the Extended Leadership Team, with a focus on the Co-Founder and the Chief of Staff / VP of Operations and Planning. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and serving as a trusted advisor and confidant. Key Responsibilities Calendar, Travel, and Expense Management: Provide sophisticated calendar management for the Co-Founder and the CoS / VP of Operations and Planning, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing conflicts. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication. Prioritize and manage a high volume of inquiries and requests, applying initiative and making sound judgments to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. Extended Leadership Team Support: Support the Extended Leadership Team, helping with scheduling, meeting logistics, and business cadence. Lead and coordinate logistics for off-site events, serving as the on-site point person. Act as the acting secretary for leadership meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up. Additional Responsibilities: Provide backup/leave coverage for the Executive Administration Partner. Support the scheduling of leadership team activities. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion. Detail-Oriented: You're meticulous, accurate, and detail-oriented in your work output. Autonomous: You're able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation. Proficiency with Google Ecosystem: You're proficient in using Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Docs. Preferred Qualifications: Content Knowledge or Interest in Climate, Renewable Energy, and/or Building Electrification: You have a background or interest in climate, renewable energy, or building electrification, and are passionate about contributing to a sustainable future. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary: The salary range for this position is $65,000 - 90,000 USD, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive Benefits Package: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families. 401k retirement plan with a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions. Pre-tax transportation benefits. 160 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave after 90 days of employment. Up to sixteen weeks of parental leave, related to birth, adoption, or foster care, starting from the first day of employment.
