Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to assist with driving business decisions. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify overlooked customer needs and untapped content potential opportunities. Data wrangling of complex datasets to support modeling of future trends. Support the team by assisting with story and visualization development for partner presentations. Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy. Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention. Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to help drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Attention to detail and eagerness to wrangle large sets of complex data. Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python. Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, classification, etc. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving unstructured problems. Exceptional data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
