Job Summary As a Full Stack Sales Manager at Wayfair, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue in our Cargo Shipping division. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with providers, and negotiating agreements that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue in our Cargo Shipping division. Provider Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, understanding their needs and converting them into customized business service proposals. Negotiation and Agreement: Successfully negotiate agreements with new providers to drive business partnerships that align with our business objectives and strategy. Travel and Networking: Travel to industry events and provider locations to increase brand awareness and maximize networking opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dynamic and motivated team across different locations in Europe, China, and North America. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or logistics. Sales Experience: Have a proven track record of success in a direct sales position, managing the full sales cycle, ideally within a cargo shipping, logistics, distribution, or supply chain business. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to sustain and leverage professional relationships. Financial Acumen: Be financially savvy, with the ability to identify, present, and negotiate attractive management packages. Independence and Self-Motivation: Be self-inspired, strong, and centered to work independently with minimal oversight. Language Skills: Demonstrate fluent English language skills, with another European language being a plus. IT Skills: Be comfortable with IT systems and navigation, including Google and/or Microsoft Suite. Preferred Qualifications Driving License: Hold a valid driving license. Travel: Be flexible and willing to travel regularly. Additional Languages: Speak multiple languages.
