Job Overview In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment to analyze, design, develop, and deliver Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions. You will create ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Airflow, and build ad-hoc reports to support more inquisitive data users and provide automation using Tableau. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting our Enterprise Data Warehouse and BI platform, as well as building relationships with key business stakeholders and IT resources to gather requirements and resolve requests efficiently. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain our Enterprise Data Warehouse and BI platform using various data and BI tools Create ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Airflow, and other relevant technologies Build ad-hoc reports to support more inquisitive data users and provide automation using Tableau Foster collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders and IT resources to gather requirements and resolve requests efficiently Communicate technical and business topics, as appropriate, in a 360-degree format, using written, verbal, and presentation materials as needed Develop, maintain, and recommend improvements to applications in the areas of standards, policies, compliance, and quality assurance practices Participate in design and code walkthroughs and take ownership of the release process Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and architectures Prioritize work based on the highest impact on the business Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of experience in creating data pipelines using Python/Airflow Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, database objects within relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica) Strong proficiency in SQL and query writing Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure/meet tight deadlines Strong experience with creating dashboards and reports for C-level executives Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques Experience with agile development methodologies Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will possess: Strong technical skills in data warehousing, ETL, and BI tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Tesla, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.
