Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
