You'll lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic financial plans, manage capital investments, and drive cost savings initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing complex financial data, developing financial models, and making informed business decisions that drive growth and profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of finance professionals in developing and implementing strategic financial plans, managing capital investments, and driving cost savings initiatives * Analyze complex financial data, develop financial models, and make informed business decisions that drive growth and profitability * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, cost savings initiatives, and capital investment projects * Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, business partners, and external stakeholders * Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including make vs. buy studies, new end-to-end supply chain investments, and footprint rationalization * Identify, track, and execute operational cost savings initiatives in the manufacturing space * Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making * Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning * 3+ years of experience in people leadership, with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams * Prior experience with managing capital approval processes for a large organization * Advanced Excel, statistical analysis, and financial modeling skills * Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations * Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage projects * Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior supply chain experience in a large to mid-sized organization * Experience with developing and fine-tuning IRR, NPV, and payback analysis for capital projects * Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams for 3+ years * Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers for 5+ years * Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse team of professionals * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits * Partners have access to short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, family expansion reimbursement, paid vacation from date of hire*, sick time (accrued at 1 hour for every 25 hours worked), eight paid holidays, and two personal days per year * Starbucks offers eligible partners participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, a discounted company stock program (S.
