This seasoned ecommerce leader will work closely with the Director of Ecommerce and other senior leaders to align Amazon strategy with overall ecommerce and company objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Planning & Amazon Operations** + Define and implement the company's strategic vision for Amazon and execute a strategy that aligns with overall company goals to deliver business growth across the channel + Oversee day-to-day operations of the Amazon sales channel, ensuring smooth execution of marketing, sales, and logistics activities + Improve operations of our Amazon business to ensure efficiency and an exceptional customer experience + Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive revenue growth on Amazon by optimizing pricing, expanding offerings, and executing other digital marketing initiatives + Develop and manage the P&L for the channel, ensuring cost-effective strategies and meeting financial targets + Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement + Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize visibility and sales on the Amazon platform * **Function Management** + Lead, mentor, and develop the Amazon team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment + Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure alignment and efficiency in Amazon operations * **Goals & Processes** + Develop and implement processes and best practices to streamline Amazon operations and enhance efficiency + Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure success of the Amazon business + Regularly review and adjust strategies and processes to align with changing market conditions and business goals + Lead regular business reviews and report on Amazon channel performance to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations * **Functional Alignment** + Collaborate with the President, VP of Marketing, Director of eCommerce, and other senior leaders to align Amazon strategy with overall ecommerce and company objectives + Ensure seamless integration and alignment of Amazon activities with broader retail and ecommerce strategies + Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and with Amazon representatives to facilitate collaboration and drive results **Essential Qualifications** * BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) * 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing Amazon sales channel * Strong credibility as a leader * Proven track record of driving growth and profitability * Strong expertise in Amazon platform management, including marketing, sales, and logistics * Proficiency in eComm and data analytics tools and platforms (preferred) * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners * Deeply curious about the customer to help inform decision making * Action-oriented with a high tendency testing & learning **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with Amazon's advertising and marketing platforms * Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures * Experience with Amazon's seller performance metrics and KPIs * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with project management and team leadership **Benefits** * Our fast-paced, high growth environment creates a strong opportunity for professional development born from evolving experiences * Competitive cash compensation plus employee stock options * Health/Vision/Dental * Unlimited PTO * Generous set of observed holidays (16 days of office closure in 2024) * $1,000 annual perks program to support a high performance lifestyle * Access to Momentous products and merchandise **Location** This is a hybrid position out of our Park City, UT office. **Equal Employment Opportunity** Momentous provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
