About the Role: Becoming a DVM Veterinary Ambassador We're seeking passionate and driven veterinarians to join our mission as DVM Veterinary Ambassadors. This unique opportunity allows you to continue working as a DVM while contributing to the transformation of the animal healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in driving growth, improving work-life balance for veterinary professionals, and fostering a strong community rooted in the veterinary profession. Scope of Work: Key Responsibilities Lead the Charge for Roo Veterinary Relief Work: Pick up relief DVM shifts through our platform to support local clients and provide valuable feedback. Bonus structure in place for achieving self-directed shift targets quarterly (ideally 36 shifts, minimum 18 shifts). Highlight the Benefits of Roo: Share your positive experiences with veterinarians and technicians, showcasing the benefits of a career centered around work-life balance and freedom. We'll provide a stipend for donuts, swag, and other small gifts to hospital staff. Elevate the Morale of Host Hospitals: As a relief vet, you'll be more than just a body – you'll be an ambassador, leaving a lasting positive impression on each shift. Support Field Marketing Efforts: Represent Roo at industry conferences and events (such as VMA, VBMA, etc.) on an as-needed basis, involving local travel (minimum 10 hours, maximum 30 hours per month). Enhance Current Vet Processes and Community Initiatives: Participate in product, technology, and operations meetings, providing key DVM feedback and insights to drive decision-making. Improve User Experience: Contribute to enhancing vet user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and relief day experiences, providing feedback on platform and process improvements. Facilitate Community Initiatives: Design and implement recurrent community initiatives that elevate the Roo brand and marketplace.
