Job Overview: Director, HEOR The Director, HEOR leads the execution of HEOR strategy and evidence development demonstrating the value of Insmed's product(s) for intended indication(s). This global role collaborates with stakeholders across the company, including market access, marketing, medical affairs, and clinical development to support Insmed's business needs. Key Responsibilities: Leads HEOR research strategy development and timely execution of studies, ensuring high-quality and scientifically rigorous deliverables. Designs and implements HEOR research, including burden of illness studies, patient evidence studies, medical claims and electronic health records database analyses, economic models, and systematic literature reviews. Reviews HEOR research project materials, including study protocols, analysis plans, reports, and publications, to ensure consistency and excellence. Represents HEOR on clinical and commercial cross-functional teams to ensure coordination of activities and timeliness of deliverables. Leads execution of HEOR publication plan and communication materials, promoting the company's products and research. Directs external research vendors and consultants to deliver results using appropriate scientific methodologies. Manages HEOR budgets, supports department operational processes, and leads improvement initiatives. Essential Qualifications: Graduate degree in a quantitative life sciences field; PhD strongly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in HEOR and/or market access. Expert in analytic methodologies and modeling, scientific data interpretation, and presentation. HEOR experience in US and global required, with a strong understanding of HTA requirements. Demonstrated strategic thinking, strong sense of urgency, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively articulate thoughts and express ideas using oral and written communication skills. Able to build valuable relationships and networks across the organization and with external partners. Uncompromising commitment to quality and compliance of self and others. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors. Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry trends and developments. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Strategic thinking and planning, with the ability to develop and implement HEOR strategies. Collaboration and teamwork, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Leadership and management, with the ability to direct external vendors and manage HEOR budgets.
