Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Content Moderator to join our team on a remote, entry-level basis. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and moderating content across various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring that American Airlines' brand message is consistently delivered across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various organizational and brand initiatives. Assess and analyze marketing channels to determine the most effective channels for each campaign and develop strategies to optimize channel usage. Develop and maintain Adobe dashboards to track marketing performance and provide insights to inform future marketing initiatives. Collaborate with various teams, including AAdvantage, Premium Customer Services, Local Products, Advanced Content, Organization Planning, Revenue Management, Sales, Legal, Corporate Communications, Causes, and Global Commitment at all levels of the organization. Develop and create owned-channel marketing resources and submit for production/execution. Oversee campaign execution from start to finish and develop ongoing reports to communicate results to management. Be available for business travel when required. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Four-year degree, preferably in business, marketing, or public relations. Two years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications Related experience working cross-functionally across various business units and with all levels of stakeholders. Innovative, visual thinking abilities with the capacity to think 'outside the box.' Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Knowledge of the aviation industry and experience with American Airlines' Marketing organization. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization. Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of digital marketing, including KPIs and measurement. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and develop relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills. Excellent project management skills with experience working under tight deadlines and adjusting to the needs of various stakeholders.
