Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: Approximately one year of experience in IT support, preferably in a similar environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with a strong understanding of its applications and features. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Experience in managing multiple support tickets and prioritizing tasks effectively.
