Job Description: Remote Call Center Agent – Overnight In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring that client needs are met. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a positive, 'can-do' attitude. As a remote Call Center Agent, you will be an integral part of our team, and your contributions will have a direct impact on our clients' success. Key Responsibilities: Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily, providing exceptional customer service and sales support Being on time each day, ready to start your shift and tackle new challenges Providing customer service with empathy and care, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions, including data entry and word processing Working collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives Staying up-to-date with our systems, processes, and technologies to continuously improve performance and efficiency Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements: 1 year of call center experience (sales or customer service) Reliable computer equipment, including a desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor (no Chromebooks, iPads/Tablets, or MacBooks) A wired USB headset with a microphone Basic computer knowledge and experience with data entry and word processing Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English Reliable and dependable, with a positive, 'can-do' attitude Preferred qualifications include: 2 monitors/screens (required for some projects) 2 years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service) Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM systems, as well as DialPad What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $15-$18 per hour, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
