Cornerstone VNA is an independent company providing advanced care and specialized services through five distinct programs including Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Private Duty, and Community Services. Serving more than 40 communities in NH and ME, our multidisciplinary team cares for patients of all ages, from birth through end of life. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Major Responsibilities: • Manage and organize office files and documents • Answer and direct phone calls and emails • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars • Assist with data entry and record keeping • Coordinate office supplies and equipment Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you are looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity and have the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
