About the Role As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing commercial support and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time remote position, available to candidates in the EMEA region, offering the flexibility to work from home and be part of a global team. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email, as well as resolving problems and complaints in a proactive and customer-focused manner. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems Manage orders, including order entry, price checking, and order clearing, ensuring compliance with company policies Coordinate delivery and billing, including multiple product lines and project orders, to fulfill customer requirements Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including product information, order status, and repair/calibration requests Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience Resolve problems and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, using established policies and procedures Foster a positive and customer-focused environment, promoting our company's goals and philosophy Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree (BSC/BA) and at least 1-3 years of experience in customer support. Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level) is essential, as well as basic knowledge of MS Office. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or case management tools is an advantage. You should also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer service attitude, and attention to detail.
