Why You'll Love This Role This part-time remote opportunity is a part of our esteemed Financial Planning Systems team, where you'll leverage your unique blend of financial and IT expertise to drive business success. As a Senior Financial Planning Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting and developing financial systems applications, serving as an internal advisor to stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accuracy and reliability for forecast and actual financials. Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions. Uphold system maintenance, including client consent management. Support clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models. Assist in the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses. Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process using Hyperion. Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization. Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business needs, proposing and presenting effective solutions. Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisions. All You'll Need for Success Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field. 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial statements, financial modeling, and analysis. Strong IT foundation, including experience with Oracle and complex and social database structures. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Hyperion, including development and administration experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning). Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methods related to financial issues. Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Meticulous with focus on accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations.
