Key Responsibilities: Driving Client Success through Data-Driven Insights As a Data Product Leader, you will play a critical role in driving client success by developing and implementing data-driven strategies that meet and exceed client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting in maintaining technical understanding of issues affecting client product offerings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions. Managing 'in-house' client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of product implementations and adherence to contractual obligations. Guiding and driving client practices through partnerships with MRO Organization Movement Association and specialty unit partners to meet key account contract expectations. Developing, managing, and delivering client performance metrics, coordinating and conducting client business surveys through balanced scorecards as needed. Staying up-to-date with specific product offering capabilities through regular training and ensuring internal specialty unit partners clearly understand technical aspects of account contracts and key expectations. Applying logical and computational techniques, such as probability models, machine learning, data mining, and predictive analytics, to drive business insights and inform decision-making. Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to provide semi-routine data related to assigned tasks and raising issues and roadblocks as they arise. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong background in data analysis and product leadership, with experience in the aviation or related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying logical and computational techniques to drive business insights. Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Preferred qualifications include: A graduate degree in a quantitative field or an MBA. Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or other advanced analytics techniques. Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
