Key Responsibilities Re-engage existing leads through cold calling, scheduling them to attend online live trading sessions, and following up to review the session and close deals. Manage and maintain our CRM, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups. Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, connecting with prospects and establishing credibility through power (benefit) statements. Qualify prospects based on need, desire, decision-making capability, and financial capacity. Gather information to progress the sales cycle, using intuition to identify potential hesitations and address them proactively. Demonstrate tolerance, perseverance, and tenacity, while being assertive, proactive, and positive in your sales approach. Contribute to the improvement of our sales process, sharing insights and suggestions to optimize results. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry or niche. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse prospects. Strong computer skills, including CRM management and organization.
