Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues and concerns, and working towards a solution that meets their needs. Key Responsibilities Take inbound calls to answer questions and work towards a solution, with a high volume of calls (40-50) per shift Make outbound calls when available, with a high volume of calls (90-120+ calls a day) and use various collection strategies to collect on past due bills Answer customer questions regarding bills and provide options on how to pay or negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangements Manage and review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create a request for resolution Qualifications We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions Basic computer skills, including restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing Ability to multi-task, with strong listening skills and proven reliability/punctuality in past positions Hours and Pay This role is available on a full-time basis, with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 11 AM-8 PM and Friday 9 AM-6 PM, with a rotating Saturday (MST). The hourly rate for this role is $20 per hour, with weekly pay.
