Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Remote Aetna Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and applications that support business needs. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and applications that support business needs Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, create complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients Interpret results and make recommendations to business areas based on findings Design and develop applications for internal clients Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods Transform data into actionable insights through reporting solutions Troubleshoot technical issues and problems Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience 2-4+ years of experience with: Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) Excel Visual Basic for Applications Experience with reporting platforms, such as: SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience: ASP.
