Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and analytics Develop and maintain technical documentation of data models, reports, and dashboards Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the entertainment or media industry Strong technical skills in data analysis, including proficiency in SQL, Python, or R Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the entertainment or media industry Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
