This role is central to ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant identity services while partnering with IT, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic program goalsQualifications:Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CISSP, CISM, Okta/SailPoint) preferred.10+ years of IAM or related cybersecurity experience, with leadership of engineering and operations teams. Strong knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts: authentication, federation, RBAC, lifecycle management, and PAM. Proven success delivering large-scale identity initiatives in an Agile environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
