Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Independent Mental Health Therapist to provide telehealth services to students in partner school districts across Rhode Island. As a key member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with school staff, families, and providers to deliver short-term care and contribute to program development. Key Responsibilities As an Independent Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for: Providing telehealth services, including mental health assessments and therapy, to students in partner school districts. Collaborating with school staff, families, and providers to deliver short-term care (2-6 months) and contributing to program development. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client. Conducting regular progress assessments and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Communicating effectively with school staff, families, and providers to ensure seamless care coordination. Participating in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Role Details * Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (10-25 hours/week) * Location: Fully remote * Schedule: Choose your own hours, with a focus on availability during and after school hours (e.g., 3-8 pm ET) Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Hold an Independent Mental Health Therapist license in Rhode Island (LICSW, LCMHC, or LMFT). Have at least one year of experience providing teletherapy to teens and/or schools. Be proficient in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT and DBT. Have strong technological and collaboration skills, with experience working in a remote environment. Be available to work during and after school hours, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.
