As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you'll play a critical role in supporting store operations, deterring loss, identifying shrink opportunities, and providing physical security and safety awareness. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business results. **Key Responsibilities** As a Loss Prevention Remote Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Assessing, prioritizing, and responding to incoming calls (theft, incidents, alarms) * Serving as the first contact LP support to store leadership for matters related to LP * Actively engaging in ongoing forensic video review to identify deviation from expectations related to shrink (internal, external, process) * Developing and conducting investigations leveraging all available business resources * Liaising with local, state, and federal LE in support of investigative needs * Supporting cross-functional teams within the company around investigative needs (Firearms Compliance, HR, Operations) * Maintaining detailed records of daily activities by location, activity type, and outcome * Conducting structured remote audits within assigned areas to support and enhance store operations * Performing all other duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to provide direction and make sound decisions in elevated stress situations * Ability to multitask * Ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner * Knowledge of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and Microsoft Office * Meticulous attention to detail * Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality **Education and Experience** * High School Diploma or equivalent required * A minimum of 1 year Loss Prevention or Security experience preferred **Travel Requirements** This position does not require travel. **Work Environment and Culture** At Sportsman's Warehouse, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
