Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A four-year college education in Business, Strategies, Tasks, Designing, or a related field, or comparable relevant experience. At least 2 years of experience managing warehousing, assembly, or supply chain activities. Experience in project planning, business case development, influencing teams, presentations, and financial modeling. Experience managing people in remote and provincial areas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply structured thinking and logic to drive solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: An MBA or Graduate degree in a related field. A certificate in project management. Experience in operations management, problem-solving, 3PL vendor relationships, budget creation, and cost management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex projects forward.
