Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at Wayfair, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
