Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and creating loyal enthusiasts Utilize the Client First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations Offer travel advice and minimal reservation assistance Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience serving premium clients, with airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience. You will need to have a passion for resolving clients' issues with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to listen to clients' needs and present tailored suggestions. You will need to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of recent experience serving premium clients Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience Passion for resolving clients' issues with proactive solutions Exceptional communication skills Ability to listen to clients' needs and present tailored suggestions Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and be flexible Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our Card Members and colleagues.
