Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Field Intervention Sales Strategist to join our East Region team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our Intervention Line of Business and associated Services. Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Field Intervention Sales Strategist, you'll be responsible for: Driving intervention sales growth in the assigned territory via collaboration with Account Executives (AE) account owners to achieve defined revenue targets. Developing and implementing strategic plans to build the intervention pipeline through the expansion of existing accounts and the identification of new business opportunities. Supporting Intervention proposal development and negotiations to increase win rates and optimize deal value. Modeling Intervention sales best practices and providing 1:1 coaching support to Connected Account Executives. Delivering Customer-facing Intervention sales presentations if needed. Supporting the rollout of the HMH Insights program by leading Data/Coherence Map meetings in target accounts. Collaborating with Intervention Segment Director and other Intervention Specialists to develop regional and state strategies, sales campaigns, and events. Participating in ad-hoc focus groups to provide product development/marketing input. Communicating with regional and national team members in a timely manner. What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree. 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quota. Desirable: Educational sales experience and teaching skills. Proficient in MS Office and Sales Management Software. An acceptable driving record required. Position requires 60% domestic travel by car and air. Benefits and Salary Range We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, plus an uncapped commission structure.
