About the Role As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You will be expected to: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands. Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, empathizing with customers and providing personalized support. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, driving continuous improvement. Working Hours and Schedule This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with a schedule that may include late evening and day shifts, as well as weekends and national holidays. Schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work. You will be compensated accordingly for working on national holidays and Sundays. Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications: Be at least 18 years old. Have the right to work in the Netherlands. Possess strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English. Have experience working with a computer and be comfortable using technology. Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm. Be willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required). Be available for an initial four weeks of full-time training (paid). Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair). Have a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI). Preferred Qualifications and Strengths While not essential, the following strengths and qualifications are highly desirable: Being hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented. Having a friendly and customer-focused approach in every situation. Being able to learn quickly and embrace change. Being comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment. Having previous experience in customer service or a related field.
