Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering a safe and exceptional airport experience to our customers. This position will involve working closely with team leaders to ensure seamless operations, providing top-notch customer service, and promoting American Airlines' products and services. Key Responsibilities Offer consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all contact points Perform various airport-related tasks and be prepared to support daily operations in areas such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing (ATAC) Work closely with and take instructions from team leaders responsible for flight/work areas/shifts Conduct relevant administrative tasks, such as ATAC, pre-flight, and post-flight departure Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times Promote and sell American Airlines' services and products to customers Attend and complete all required training by given deadlines Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the post Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with minimal supervision, have a strong customer focus, and enjoy face-to-face contact with customers. Additionally, you will need to be well-groomed, adhere to uniform standards, and be able to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
