Job Overview In this full-time role, you will be responsible for collecting data from various sources, researching and verifying third-party data integrity, and scouring/designing data into a system-compatible format. You will also support Account Managers in meeting requests and requirements, utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks. Additionally, you will participate in ad-hoc projects/analysis requests, provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives, and develop presentations with analytical results into actionable recommendations for all levels of management. Key Responsibilities Collect data from different sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and Southwest Databases Research and verify third-party data integrity Scour/design data and convert into system-compatible format Support Account Managers in meeting requests and requirements Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks Participate in ad-hoc projects/analysis requests Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives Develop presentations with analytical results into actionable recommendations for all levels of management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and complete projects with tight deadlines. A professional appearance and attitude are also essential for this role.
