Key Responsibilities Construct examinations, information perceptions, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the activities and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces Answer center business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data experiences and products Use data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data Utilize descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to figure out customer behaviors/values and have an impact across the business Essential Qualifications Unrelenting curiosity, high intellectual and analytical pull, and an enthusiastic pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unknown requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical associates, and present before senior leadership Preferred Qualifications A Master's degree in a quantitative field Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join funnel, and trade spaces Ability to identify and appropriately call out issues to leadership Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience Strong motivation and ability to work independently Exceptional written and oral communication skills Awareness of what's actually funny and the ability to bring humor to the workplace Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and/or approach your work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Disney, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
